The Roo Systems customised tune is designed to produce an increase in power, torque and improve fuel efficiency to allow better drivability.
Roo Systems have spent thousands of hours testing and tuning our products and invested a lot of resources on research and development. Our products are constantly being tested in the bush, on the beach, as well as towing both caravans & camper trailers. There are NO companies that test their products as extensively as we do!
The benefits of having a Roo System tune include ease of overtaking and maintaining comfortable cruising speeds, and more power when you are driving off-road. And if you’re fully loaded or towing, you can comfortably maintain the legal road speed and you won’t find yourself slowing down on long hills with a line of motorist backed up behind you!

ECU (factory computer) tuning refers to the process of replacing the original factory installed map used by the ECU of the vehicle to a custom tuned version.
Do vehicle manufacturers do this? Yes, they do.

Manufacturers build an engine and design it to give optimum power and performance, they are governed by many factors, saleability, economy, emissions etc.
The process of remapping a vehicle is usually one to two-day process (most same day), as every tune is customised to each vehicle and not all ECU’s are identical in the same model vehicles.
ECU remapping is a complex and comprehensive procedure to alter a number of key parameters in the vehicle’s ECU including injection timing, boost control, fuel delivery and torque limiters to name a few.

The advantages of Pipe Over Cone™ technology are there is no protruding pipe inside the collector cone, therefore increasing exhaust gas flow and eliminating turbulence inside the exhaust header.
The result is better gas flow and increased horse power.
